PRICE INCLUDES:

Prices are per person quoted on the basis of 2 people sharing twin-bed hotel rooms and include.

    * All transportation according to the itinerary

    * Hotel accommodation with private facilities
    * Services of a licenced tour guide, and licensed, experienced driver.
    * Ger camp or tent
    * Museum, folklore show, horse riding, visit local family
    * Tax of National Protected Areas

PRICE EXCLUDES:

International airfares, airport tax, visa fee to Mongolia, laundry, telephone calls (local and international), beverages and expenses for items from hotel room service and in room mini bars.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

A binding contract between your Agent- ..................... and Jules verne Mongolia of Mongolia only exists when we have accepted your booking by issuing an invoice and a deposit has been paid by agent. The deposit of 25% of an invoice should be paid upon receiving our invoice, and the remainder 30 days before commencement of our services. If a payment has not made by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as having been cancelled by you, and impose a cancellation charge as set out in paragraph below.

CANCELLATION

To notify cancellation of a confirmed tour to Mongolia or changes in the original itineraries dates and tourist camps at least 21 working days prior to an arrival date, ............... has to pay a cancellation fee to Jules Verne Mongolia tours in case of a late notification as per conditions below. All cancellations must be notified in writing.

The percentage of the total package price for cancelling group:

    - 1 days prior to tour date                                - 50% of total tour price

SINGLE ACCOMMODATION

A limited number of single rooms are available at all hotels through out the itinerary. Should it become necessary, for any reason, for passengers occupying twin accommodation to separate and occupy single rooms, it will be necessary for both clients to pay the difference directly to hotels.

TRIPLE ACCOMMODATION:

At most hotels, triple rooms consist of twin beds plus a rollaway bed or two double beds with or without a rollaway bed. Triple rooms are adequate for children accompanied by one or two adults. Three adults often find this arrangement undesirable and are cautioned accordingly.

LUGGAGE:

The carriage and tips (porterage) for one piece of luggage is in the tour price. The is ample as no formal dress is required. Clients may bring an overnight case (for storage under the seat or in the overhead rack) but these must be handled by and be in the care of the client as reqular luggage due to the risk of damage. Although the tour manager and driver will supervise the transfer of luggage to and from the hotel rooms and every effort is made to handle client luggage, breakage, accident, fire, water and theft insurance from your agent is highly recommended.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Force Majeure means those circumstances which affect our contracted performance that are beyond our control. We shall not be liable to pay any compensation or otherwise be responsible for any expenses or losses you might incur due to fire, adverse weather conditions and other unavoidable events, which lead to the cancellation, delay and end of the contractual obligations.

CHILDREN:

Child fare (below 12 years)is 75% of an adult twin-sharing cost and is based on a child sharing a twin room with two adults with an extra bed provided. No concession is available for a child occupying a single or twin sharing room with an adult.

Should conditions necessitate it, we reserve the right to change any route or arrangements, to offer substi tutes of equal value, or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour.
